To pay by
personal check, cashiers check or money order, simply add the items you want to
purchase into our online shopping cart. Click the "Check Out" button and type in
your name and address. Then click on the "Continue" button. Simply print out the
next web page and mail it to us at the address above. Be sure your payment
reflects the total on the order print out.
Shipping and
Delivery:
We ship anywhere in the continental United States and parts
of Canada.
Shipping Dates:
The shipping times we quote are
estimates, if there is a longer ship time than expected we will notify you by
email or phone.
Shipping Time:
On average, most items take
3 to 5 days in transit from the time it ships, not from the time it is ordered.
Most deliveries are made Monday thru Friday. We cannot give out exact delivery
dates, we only can tell you when your item will or has shipped and provide
tracking information.
Shipping:
We offer Free Delivery on
all items we sell. Delivery is to your door only and items will not be brought
into your home.
Attention: we do not guarantee color, tone, shades or
finishes on any item because screen settings may vary from pc to pc. Our Quality
Satisfaction Guarantee is based on quality only. For the best depiction of item
color, set screen so that other items in the picture seem to be in their natural
color. If you are trying to match items with other items you already have, you
must do so at your own risk. Please read our store policies before making a
purchase.
By clicking the Order Now button you are agreeing to the terms
of our return, exchange and cancellation
policies.
Returns:
We can assure you that our products are
of high quality, and you will be satisfied. But in the event that the furniture
arrives at your home and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the
option of refusing the order at the time of delivery only. Once the order is
signed for, there will be no returns accepted. The following return fees will
apply:
If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise and you simply do
not like the choice you made, the item may be returned for a refund minus a 20%
restocking fee and all the freight charges incurred by our company. Even though
we offer “free delivery”, there are still freight charges involved. In the event
you are returning the order at the time of delivery, you will pay the cost of
the freight both ways, the freight we paid to you and the freight cost to return
it. All products must be returned at the time of delivery or we cannot accept
the return. There are no exceptions to the return policy.
If the order is
refused at delivery or there is nobody home to receive the delivery at the
scheduled time by the shipping company the same charges occur as stated
above.
Damaged Items:
Even though we use professional
furniture moving services, accidents do happen on occasion. All products are
fully inspected and are in perfect condition before being shipped out from the
manufacturer. When the merchandise is received, we ask that you fully inspect
the merchandise and/or the cartons for any in transit shipping damage. In the
event there is noticeable damage to the merchandise or the cartons, we ask that
this is noted on the freight bill. Do not send back the merchandise, if the
defect or damage is noted on the delivery bill then we will have a furniture
repair technician out to repair your furniture to “like new” condition, if we
cannot repair it to new condition we will replace the damage piece at no charge.
Please note that the damage or defect must be noted on the freight bill. If the
merchandise is damaged beyond repair and the piece must be exchanged, then only
refuse the damaged item not the entire order. If the entire order is refused
because of damage on one item the redelivery fees will be applied. If the damage
is not noted on the freight bill, then you must contact the manufacturer
according to the warranty. We cannot repair or replace any items that are not
noted.
For missing parts etc. please contact us by phone or email within
24 hours of receipt for replacement parts.
Refunds:
Refunds
for canceled or returned orders can only be credited back to the same credit
card used to make the purchase. In the event that the original credit card is no
longer valid, we will issue a check to the billing address from the original
order.
Warranty Information:
All products are covered under
a 1 year manufacturer warranty. This covers mmanufacturer defects only. Warranty
does not cover damage or breakage caused by the customer from wear and tear,
abuse, or misuse of the furniture.
